Journal funding: The journal is funded by the National Union of Local Historians of Ukraine.

Special conditions:
The journal provides priority opportunities for free publication of single-author articles submitted by third-cycle higher education students (PhD candidates), provided that the articles meet the established requirements and principles of academic integrity. Along with the manuscript, third-cycle higher education students (postgraduate/PhD students) must submit an official certificate from their postgraduate studies office confirming their enrollment. This certificate must be signed by the head of the postgraduate department and certified with the official seal of the department.
